2006-2011: HTL Hollabrunn (engineering college), mechanical engineering. Knifemaking starts as a hobby in the school workshop.
2011: Improvement of abilities and establishing a workshop in my family home.
2012-2020: Studied mechanical engineering at the University of Leoben. I had the great opportunity to incorporate some knife-related topics into my studies, like my bachelor thesis about the toughness parameters of damascus steel.
2013: Intensified the knifemaking by learning how to forge. The first makeshift machines and tools were made and constantly improved.
2019: Prototyping of the belt grinding machine BS-1. I decided to offer these machines within a small-batch production.
2021: Moved into a new workshop in Judendorf-Straßengel near Graz.
